Housekeeping Director
The Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a talented and hard-working Housekeeping Director to join our ever-growing team.
Job Description
- Supervise a team of housekeeping attendants and laundry attendants in the daily operations of the facility.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team in providing the necessary housekeeping services to the residents and throughout the facility.
- Requests are addressed.
- Schedule and staff all units and tasks appropriately.
- Work with laundry staff on receipt and distribution of clean linen to the units to ensure residents have sufficient supply.
- Inventory, order, and maintain the supplies and machines of the housekeeping department.
- Coordinate and ensure special projects are completed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- High school degree
- Strong references.
- Experience in a healthcare a plus.
- Able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
